Louis Daguerre 

Born on November 18, 1787 and died in France July 10, 1851 was the first promoter of photography, having invented the daguerreotype, and also worked as a painter and decorator theatrical.
Daguerre had a great interest in the discoveries about the photographs and began to deal seriously engage in their work.
Until the date of his death was engaged in the manufacture of photographic material.
His name is engraved on the list of 72 scientists from the Eiffel Tower.
